特技飞行对心钠素和血管紧张素Ⅱ等的影响

摘要 用放射免疫法测定了16名飞行员复杂持技飞行前后的血浆心钠素(ANF)、环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)、环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)以及血管紧张素Ⅱ(ATⅡ)含量,并以16名地勤人员作对照.结果发现,飞行前空地勤人员上述物质含量均无明显差异(P>0.05).特技飞行刚结束,飞行组血浆ANF、cGMP及cAMP明显增高,与对照组相比,差异十分显著(P<0.001).特技飞行后6h,飞行组血浆ANF含量已恢复正常(P>0.05),但cGMP及cAMP仍维持在较高水平(P<0.05).结果提示,复杂特技飞行可引起血浆ANF、cGMP及cAMP显著升高.这些物质在血液中含量增加对特技飞行时的血液动力学改变可能会带来不利影响. Contents of plasma atrial natriuretic factor (ANF),cyclic GMP (cGMP), cyclic AMP (cAMP) and angiotensin Ⅱ(AT Ⅱ) were measured by radioimmunoassay in 16 pilots before and after the complex aerobatic flight. Sixteen ground personnel were in control group. The results showed that there were no significant differences in the contents of sub-stances between flying and ground personnel before aerobatic flying (P>0. 05). Plasma ANF,cGMP and cAMP contents of pilots were significantly different in comparison with that of the control group(P<0. 001). Six hours after aerobatic flying,plasma ANF content re-turned to normal (P>0. 05),but the contents of cGMP and cAMP remained at relatively higher level (P<0.05). The results suggest that complex aerobatic flying increases plasma ANF, cGMP and cAMP contents significantly. Some unbeneficial effects may be brought about by the hemodynamic changes caused by an increase in these substances during aerobat-ic flying.
