摘要
用放射免疫法测定了16名飞行员复杂特技飞行前后的血浆心钠素(ANF)、环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)、环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)以及血管紧张素II(ATII)含量,并以16名地勤人员作对照结果发现,飞行前空地勤人员血浆ANF、cGMP、cAMP及ATII含量均无明显差异(P>0.05).特技飞行后立即,飞行组血浆ANF、cGMP及cAMP明显增高,与对照组相比,差异十分显著(P<0.001),但血浆ATII水平未见明显变化(P>0.05).至特技飞行后6h,飞行组血浆ANF含量已恢复至正常(P>0.05),但cGMP及cAMP仍维持在较高水平,与对照组相比,差异仍较显著(P<O.05).以上结果提示,复杂特技飞行可以引起血浆ANF、cGMP及cAMP的显著升高.这些物质在循环血液中的含量增加对特技飞行时的血液动力学改变可能会带来不利影响.
Plasma atrial natriuretic factor(ANF) ,cyclic GMP (cGMP) ,cyclic AMP (cAMP)and angiotensin II (ATII) contents were measured with radioimmunoassay in 16 pilots before and after the complex aerobatic flight . Sixteen ground personnel were used for control. The results showed that the difference ofplasma ANF, cGMP,cAMP and ATII contents between pilots and ground personnel were insignificantbefore flying (P>0.05). Plasma ANF, cGMP and cAMP contents were significantly increased immediately after aerobatic flight ,the difference was very significant in comparison with that of the control (P<0.001),whereas there was no significant change of plasma ATll level (P>0. 05). Six hours after aerobatic flying ,plasma ANF content fell already to the normal level in pilots (P>0. 05) ,but the contentsof cGMP and cAMP remained in relatively higher level ,the difference was significant in comparisonwith that of the control (F<0.05). The above results suggested that complex aerobatic flying may increase plasma ANF, cGMP and cAMP contents significantly. The hemodynamic changes during aerobaticflying caused by the increase of these substances in the circulating blood may be brought some unbeneficial effects.
