摘要
睑皮弛缓症是一种不常见的眼病。以眼睑反复水肿为特征、继之引起眼睑皮肤萎缩松弛。1807年Beer 氏首先叙述了此病。1896年Fuchs 正式定名为脸皮弛缓症(Blepha-rochalasis)国内曾有报告。作者自1984年以来遇到11例、均经手术治疗、效果满意。现报告如下。
This study treated 11 cases of blepharochalasis with operationfrom 1984 to 1987.All the patients have history of nonesythematousedema of both upper eyelids repeatedly.The skin of upper eyelidsshow dark-rad.Afterwords the eyelid skin became atrophy,thin,laxity and prolapse.At the same time the orbital septal relax andorbital fat prolapse.In these patients,there are 3 cases with prol-apse of lacrimal gland and 2 cases with blelpharoptosis.All treatedwith operation.Effect of this operation is satisfied,we have not findrelapse in these patients
