摘要
本文报道了一昼夜周期中大蒜根尖细胞在自然温度（１７～２１℃）和恒温（２５℃）条件下的有丝分裂高峰期和温度对大蒜根尖细胞有丝分裂高峰期的影响。
In this paper, mitosis peak phase of root tip cell of Allium Sativum in normal atmospheric temperature (17-21℃) and constant temperature (25℃) in one day cycle was reported. We also studied that mitosis peak phase of root tip cell of Allium Sativum was affected by temperature,
