摘要
用不同浓度比的Se4+-Pb2+混合液分别处理大蒜根尖6h,18h,24h,通过常规染色体压片技术,观察发现,随着混合液浓度的增加和染毒时间的延长,有丝分裂指数逐渐降低;在铅的浓度较低时,硒的拈抗作用表现明显,且在此过程中还出现了染色体分布不均,染色体桥,微核等畸变现象。
Different proportion of Se to Pb mixed liquid were used separately to treat the root tip of garlic for 6 hours, 18 hours and 24 hours ,through normal chromosome pressing technology ,it shows that with a bigger concentration of the mixed liquid and the longer time of poison ,mitotic index went down gradually;when the concentration of Pb is lower ,the opposite effect of Se is obviously. During this process, bad - distributed of chromosome, micronucleus and some other abnormal phenomena were observed and polyploidy are occasionally observed.
