摘要
本文介绍的是采用羟磷灰石柱层析从BALB/c小鼠腹水中纯化HCG单克隆抗体的方法。由于该方法直接从腹水中纯化相应的单克隆抗体,与目前应用的其它纯化单克隆抗体的方法比较有简便易行,快速的特点,且纯化的抗体生物活性可靠,纯度较高,同时抗体损失小。该方法同样适用于从BALB/c小鼠腹水中及杂交瘤细胞培养上清液中纯化其它的单克隆抗体。
A method for Purification of. McAb to HCG from ascitic fluid with hydro-xylapatite chromatography was introduced. It was simple, rapid, efficient and the McAb was directly purified by only one-step procedure.The purified McAb had its biological activty reliable, itspurity higher and loss o f the antibodies from the process less.This method is also suitable for purifica-ti on of other McAb from the ascitic fluid of mouse and hybridoma cultures-upernatants.
