摘要
铅对人体的危害极大,酱油中含量虽微,但人们食用酱油却是长期的,因此铅的累积量不可忽视。酱油中铅含量的国家卫生指标为小于1ppm。目前国内酱油生产的质量检验还没有铅的部颁分析方法。 铅的阳极溶出伏安法国内虽有很多报道,但用于酱油中的测定仅有一篇。本文拟用国产AD-2型极谱仪以银基汞膜电极为工作电极的阳极溶出伏安法测定酱油中的痕量铅。
A method for determination of trace lead in soysauce by anodic stripping voltamme-ry with mercury-plated silver electrode has been recommend. The base solution is 0. 1MNaCl and saturated CO2 (pH 2.5-5).The polarograph is model AD-2 (made in China).The peak potential of stripping curve is -0.42V(Vs SCE). The detection limit is 2.0×10-3g/ml. The linear range is 2.0×10-3-1.0×10-1g/ml. The recovering errors of result are within±5%.
