摘要
利用子空间距离度量分析容差电路单故障诊断问题，通过解析式定量表达容差对故障模式的影响，揭示了决定电路所发生故障可诊性的ξ条件．
Using a distance between subspaces,analyses the problem on the single fault diagnosis in analog circuits with tolerance,expresses effects of tolerance on fault modes with analytical formulas,reveals a ξ-condition which determines the testability of a fault happened in circuits.
