摘要
首次将模糊理论引入某装备的电气设备故障诊断之中。对关键点的电压信号进行数据采集,确定各待诊断元件的故障隶属度,建立模糊规则,并在此基础上对故障进行一次和二次分类,从而确定故障元件。故障诊断实例表明,本方法是可行的,诊断率为95%。
Fussy theory is applied firstly to fault diagnosis for power electronic equipment in certain facility. The voltage signals of key points are collected. After the belonging degree of each component to be diagnosed is defined and the fussy rule is built, fault can be classified and the fault component is determined. Experimental result shows that the proposed method is feasible. The rate of fault diagnosis is 95 percent.
