摘要
采用几种生物统计方法,根据分期播种试验测定的稻米蛋白质与赖氨酸含量及平行观测的气象资料,对金早系列水稻品种稻米营养品质与气象条件关系进行分析.结果表明,形成蛋白质和赖氨酸所要求的气象条件不同.影响蛋白质形成的综合气候关键期是抽穗后10-20d,主导气象因子是日平均温度;而抽穗后1-10d是影响赖氨酸含量的综合气候关键期,主导因子是气温日较差.并找出影响稻米蛋白质和赖氨酸含量的气象指标.
In the paper, some biological statistic methods were usedin treating data of quality of rice protein and lysine, measured in sowwing experiments in different dates, and their parallel meteorological data. It was analysed that in relationship of metecrological conditions with nutrient quality in rice cultivare of Jinzao series, meteorological requirements for forming rice protein and lysine were different.Results showed that during 15-20 days after heading meteorological factors significantly affected protein formation, of which the mean temperature was a key influencing factor.Otherwhise, the key influencing meteorological factor in lysine formation was the comparative daily range daring 1-10 days after heading. Finally,meteorological index affecting quantity of protein and lysine were determined.
