摘要
以十六烷基磷酸锡做固定相,甲醇-水为流动相,考察了温度对分离参数的影响,测定了芳香类化合物在色谱过程中的热力学常数──△H°、△S°、△G°_(298)和lnK_(298),并用热力学常数的变化说明芳香类溶质疏水性的大小以及色谱保留行为的规律,同时推导出这些热力学函数与溶质分子结构间的关系。
The effect of temperature on separation parameters of a chromatographic system of Sn(O_2POC_(16)H_(33))2/aqueous methanol in determination of aromatic compounds was studied. Thermodynamic constants(△H°,△S°,△G°_(298)and Ink(298) were calculated. Based on these values, the solute hydrophobic features were discussed and the relationships between thermodynamic functions and molecular structures were evaluated.
