摘要
研制出GaAs:Cr,Fep:Fe光导开关,利用光导开关产生高功率皮秒脉冲,实验显示了所产生的皮秒脉冲波形,此种新型超宽带脉冲源可为研制超宽带雷达提供新型的脉冲源。
The picosecond photoconductive switches are described and developed. The experimental results are given to show the wave form of the photoconductive switches responsing to the pulse laser. This new type of pulse sources can be used as the radiation source of the novel ultrawide band(UWB) radar.
