摘要
大鼠蛛网膜下腔注射强啡肽A1-13后产生剂量相关、部分可逆性后肢瘫痪,而蛛网膜下腔注射μ受体激动剂DAGO、δ受体激动剂DADL不产生后肢功能障碍。结果提示:强啡肽A在脊髓继发性损伤中起了较为重要的作用,其致瘫作用可能系强啡肽A与k受体相互作用的结果。
We reported that dynorphin A(1-13)administered intrathecally caused dose-related and partially reversible hindlimb paraplysis in the unanesthetized rat.While other opioids, including μ-selective and δ-selective synthetic enkephalins,failed to induce motor dysfunction.These findings suggest that dynorphin or dynorphin-related peptides may play a role in spinal cord injury.
