摘要
本研究测定了３２例膀胱癌和２６例前列腺增生症患者外周血ＮＫ细胞活性，并将膀胱癌组ＮＫ细胞活性分别与正常对照组及前列腺增生症组进行比较，其结果表明膀胱癌患者的ＮＫ细胞活性（３８．９１±２．２３％）比对照组（５０．９１±１．６６％）明显低，（Ｐ＜０．０１）与前列腺增生症组（４９．２７±２．３０％）相比亦有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
Natural killer(NK) cell activity was measured in 32 pitients with bladder cancer.26 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and 21 healthy persons.The results showed NK cell activity of bladder cancer(38.91±2.23%) is lower than normal (50.91±1.66%).Marked difference was noted between the bladder cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia group (P<0.01).
