摘要
报导了一种带微机控制的、全新的气敏元件特性自动测试设备,它具有温、湿度控制和气体浓度快速切换,能很好地反映元件的静、动态特性;为改进元件特性,研制新的元件应用系统提供了可靠的依据。
A new type of computer controlled automatic testing sysem for calibrating the characteristics of gas sensor was reported Its ablity of temperature and moisture controlling and fast gas concentration transition make it possible and easy to calibrate static and dynamic behaviour of gas sensor, that provids foundation to improve the characteristics of present gas sensors and to develop new sensor system.
