摘要
应用特异的放射免疫测定和免疫组织化学方法,证明大鼠肺内存在降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)。肺提取物的凝胶层析所获得的CGRP免疫活性峰表明大鼠肺内的CGRP是以单一分子形式存在的。实验对CGRP在肺内的分布进行了探讨。大鼠肺动脉离体实验表明CGRP有很强的肺动脉舒张作用。
The Present study demenstrated the existence of Calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) in rat lung by using specific radioimmunoassay and immunohi-stochemistry methods. Gel filtration of pulmonary extracts showed one majer peak of CGRP immunoreactivity, indicating that there is only one monomole-cular form of CGRP in rat lung. The distribution of CGRP in various parts of rat lung was also investigated. In vitro experiment, it showed that CGRP has potent vasodilatine effect on rat pulmonary artery.
