摘要
本文用扫描电镜和透射电镜对快速凝固及随后450℃5min时效的Ti-50.8at%Ni形状记忆合金进行了组织和结构分析。快速凝固后室温下合金的组织由柱状B2相和粒状亚稳相构成;亚稳相是由Ti、Ni两元素原子构成的无序面心立方结构;快速凝固后合金中的空位呈短程有序分布,而在450℃5min时效后呈长程有序分布,在电子衍射图上形成1/2100和1/4210额外斑点。
The microstructure aspects of Ti-50.8at% Ni shape memory alloy, rapidly solidiffied(RS)and RS+aged at 450 ℃ for 5min have been studied using scanning electron microscope and transmission eletron microscope. The microstructure of RS Ti-50. 8at% Ni at room temperature is composed of columnar B2 and granular metastable phase;the metastable phase is a disordered Al made up of Ti and Ni atoms;there is a vacancy short-range order in RS TiNi ribbon and a vacancy long-range order in RS TiNi ribbon followed by aging at 450℃ for 5min,1/2 100 and 1/4 210 extra reflections appeared in diffrection patterns in the latter case.
