摘要
用选区电子衍射和衍衬形貌象分析相结合的方法,系统分析和研究了随炉缓冷TiNi形状记忆合金薄膜试样中,三斜结构亚稳R’相的形成条件和相变行为。结果表明,经固溶—淬火处理,并在673K以上温度时效后缓冷的TiNi合金薄膜试样中,都可能形成亚稳R’相。原位变温实验确定,升温过程中亚稳R’相在413K转变为B2结构母相,R’相转变不是一个可逆相变。
Formation condition and transition behavior of metastable R′phase in TiNi shape memory alloy werestudied by selected area electron diffraction,and electron micrograph R′phase may be formed in specimenaged at temperature of 6 73K or above after solution-quenching treatment.In-situ heating experiment deter-minde that metastable R′phase changed into B2 structure matrix at 413K,and R′phase is an irreversibletransformation.
