摘要
首先回顾了历代有关附子泻心汤证治的文献资料，归纳出６种具有代表性的学术观点，指出了对附子渴心汤怔病机及方药作用所存在的诸多而又矛盾的见解直接影响了本方的临床运用。并根据《内经》及《伤寒论》有关论述，重点剖析了本方证病机演变过程和方药作用特点，明确了本方在临床上所具有的独特的治疗范围，并例举了临床实例加以具体说明。
The article first reviews relevant literture about the decoction in past dynasties, and summarize six kinds of typical viewpoints. The paper points out that various contradictory understanding of pathogenesis, prescription, and medication of the decoction have influence on clinical application of the decoction. According to relevant discussions on internal Classic, and Treatise on Febrile Diseases Caused by Cold, the author mainly analyses the evolutionay course, and characteristics of the prescription and medication, and defines the particular range of the decoction in clinic, and explains the above-mentioned things with clincal cases.
