摘要
胃食管反流病基本病机为肝胆失于疏泄,胃失和降,胃气上逆,治疗当以疏肝和胃降逆为纲,而痰之为物,随气升降,无处不到,脾胃升降失司,气机不畅,则可生痰,痰气搏结,阻遏中焦或咽喉,本病乃生。故痰气并治在胃食管反流病临床辨证施治中可加以运用。
The basic pathogenesis of Gastroesophageal Relux Disease is liver and gallbladder failed to freely distributing, stomach failed to descending,stomach Qi rising,the treatment is soothing the liver, harmonizing stomach and lowering the adverse qi. While, phlegm ascending and descending with qi, if the ascending and descending of spleen and stomach disorder, dysfunction of qi movement,Phlegm will produce. When phlegm and qi Intermingled, stagnating in middle-jiao or throat, GERD will comes. So＂Treating Phlegm and Qi simultaneously＂ also can be applied in the treatment based on the differentiation of TCM.
