摘要
从分析中体西用的社会背景以及西学与医学存在本质上的差别入手，着重讨论了中医实验研究在研制“证”的动物模型时所面临的种种问题。指出目前尚未出现反映中医特色、能被广泛接受的“证”的动物模型，其原因是动物模型制作具有一定难度，证与方药之间关系不固定，证与症状、体征、实验指标之间关系不固定等。提示在研究中医时应考虑方法论的问题，建议今后采用双轨制，既使用实验研究的方法，也使用传统研究的方法。现在继续坚持制作“证”的动物模型未必对发展中医有益。
Analysing from the social background and essential difference between western and Chinese medicine, this paper emphatically discusses various problems faced by TCM in studying and making animal model of“syndrome”in experimental research. It is pointed out that st the present time there is no animal model of“syndrome”which can reflect TCM s specific characteristics and can be accepted widely. The reasons are that there is certain difficulty in making animal model, the relationship between syndrome and formula or herbs is not fixed, and the relationships between syndrome and symptom, physical sign and experimental index are not fixed, too. It is proposed that methodology should be considered in studying TCM. It is also suggested that doubletrack system be applied in the future, i. e. applying experimental research as well as traditional research methods. It would not certainly be benefit to developing TCM if it is continuously persistent to make animal model of“syndromen”nowadays.
