摘要
采用放射配体（１２５ＩＢＥ２２５４）结合分析，证明狗胸主动脉平滑肌存在α１肾上腺素受体，其最大结合容量为１９９±３１ｆｍｏｌ／ｍｇ·蛋白，ＫＤ为１３９±２７ｐｍｏｌ／Ｌ，其中３／４以上属α１Ｂ亚型，另外１／４左右属α１Ａ亚型。

the method of radioligand binding assay,we testified that α1-
adrenergic receptors existed in dog thoracic smooth muscle with Bmax of
l99± 3l fmol/mg· protein and KD of l39± 27 pm ol/L.Theyare co mposed
of l/4 α1A and 3/4α1B subtype.
