微分积分结合方法在轴向气隙永磁电机三维磁场计算中应用 被引量:1

The Application of Integral-Differential Method to 3-Dimensional Magnetic Field Calculation of PM Electrical Machines with Axial Air-Gap

摘要 微分积分结合方法在计算电机内磁场时,不仅具有连续性求解的优点,而且它是实现在小型机上算大题目较为理想的方法。用这种方法计算传统电机的三维磁场问题已有人做过一定的工作,而用这种方法计算结构特殊的轴向气隙永磁盘式电机的三维磁场还存在一些新的问题需要解决。论文作者已成功地将这种方法用于轴向气隙永磁盘式电机的三维磁场计算中。本文只介绍其计算过程中与传统电机不同的两个特殊问题,即轴向气隙永磁电机的有限元离散方程中永磁体激励项计算方法及对称旋转公式的研究,最后给出用此方法对一台爪形电枢轴向气隙永磁盘式电机三维静磁场的计算结果。 Calculating magnetic field of electrical machines by integral-differential method, continuous solution can be got. This method is ideal when calculating complicated field on a small computer. 3-dimensional fields of traditional electrical machines have been calculated by it, but some new problems need to be approached for axial air-gap PM electrical machines of special structure. Authors of this paper have successfully applied it to calculation of 3-dimen siona field of- axial air-gap PM electrical machines, this paper introduces only two special problems differing from traditional electrical machines in calculating process, namely, the simulation of permanent magnet in the discrete equations of finite clement and the derivating of symmetrical formulations. At the end of this paper, the calculating results of 3-dimensional field for a axial air-gap PM electrical machine with claw-type armature are given by this method.
