猫三叉神经脊束核尾侧亚核第Ⅴ层中初级传入终末的超微结构观察 被引量:2

ULTRASTRUCTURE AND SYNAPTIC CONNECTIONS OF THE TRIGEMINAL PRIMARY AFFERENTS IN THE LAMINA V OF TRIGEMINAL NUCLEUS CAUDALIS OF CAT

摘要 破坏三叉神经半月神经节和将HRP溶液注入于眶上、眶下及下牙槽神经后,在超微结构水平观察了三叉神经初级传入纤维终末在三叉神经脊束核尾侧亚核中的形态特征。发现溃变终末以电子致密型为主;标记终末可分为两种类型—Ⅰ型及Ⅱ型。Ⅰ型终末较小,呈半环状,突触后成分较少,终末溃变发生较早;Ⅱ型终末较大,呈贝壳状,突触后成分较多且有形成突触小球的趋势,终末溃变则出现较晚。两种终末内主要含圆型及混合型小泡,多与中小型树突形成非对称型突触。另外,两者均可成为另一含扁平小泡的小型终末的突触后成分,并与之形成对称型轴-轴突触。结合文献中单纤维内注射技术的研究结果,本文推测Ⅰ型终末可能源于传导面口部伤害性刺激的细有髓纤维,而Ⅱ型终末则可能属于传导非伤害性刺激的粗有髓纤维的终末。 The synaptic organization of the trigeminal fibers in the cat trigeminal nucleus caudalis(Vc) was analyzed by degeneration and transganglionic transport of horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) techniques. After electrolytic lesioning of semilunar ganglion or injecting HRP (Toyobo or Sigma Ⅵ) into ophthalmic, maxillary and mandibular nerves, two kinds of degenerated or HRP-labelled terminals, named type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ respectively, were found in the Lamina V of Vc. Both of them contained round vesicles and synapsed on small and medium-sized dendrites mainly. But semicircular shaped type Ⅰ terminal degenerated earlier than scallop-shaped type Ⅱ terminals did. Also, type Ⅱ terminals tended to form glomerulus-like structures, while type Ⅰ only synapsed on one or two postsynaptic elements. It is supposed that type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ terminal might belong to different kinds of afferent fibers, eg, noxious and nonno xious respectively.
