摘要
提出京沪高铁的筹资和经营主体应是京沪高铁股份制企业集团，建议京沪高铁的筹资应走多元化、多渠道以及“建设与开发经营一体化”的新路子，分析并确定了高铁股份制企业集团中主要公司的资金来源和较好的资本结构，同时模拟了资本运作过程。
In this paper proposals of that main-body of Jing-Hu Highspeed Railway for fund raising and exploitation should be the stock business group,and that the fund should be raised from multi-sources and used in a new way of'unified planning for construction,development and management'are put forward.The sources and the better structures are discussed,and the process of fund utilization is imitated.
