摘要
在80K-350K温度范围内测量研究了组分x=0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4、0.45、0.5、0.6、0.7的Cd1-xMnxTe系列样品的法拉第旋转随入射光子能量、组分和温度的变化规律.用单振子模型拟合实验结果,给出了激子能量随组分和温度的变化规律.本文还讨论了锰离子内能级间跃迁对高组分样品中法拉第效应的影响.
Abstract Faraday rotation as a function of photon energy, composition and te-mperature has been measured and studied for Cd1-xMnxTe with x= 0. 1,0.2,0.3,0.4.0.45,0.5,0.6,0.7 in the temperature range of 80K≤T≤350K. Exciton energy as a function of composition and temperature is obtained by using a single oscillator model fitting with experiment results. For large x, the effects of the Mn2+ ions intraband transition on Faraday rotation are also discussed.
