精氨酸对艾氏腹水癌细胞体外作用的机制探讨

摘要 本研究采用小鼠艾氏腹水癌细胞探讨了精氨酸对一些肿瘤细胞体外作用的可能机制。结果表明精氨酸对艾氏腹水癌细胞体外蛋白质合成有显著的抑制作用,其作用受培养介质中一些氨基酸的影响;细胞内游离氨基酸浓度分析结果提示精氨酸的作用可能并不是通过干扰细胞内游离氨基酸池所引起,其具体作用机制尚待进一步实验的揭示。 Ehrlich.ascites tumor cells were employed in this study to investigate the possible mechanism of in vitro antitumor effect of arginine. The results revealed that arginine could inhibit significantly the in vitro protein synthesis of Ehrlich ascites tumor cells both in HBSS and Eagle's MEM, as measured dy ̄3H-leu incorporation. Other amino acids in the culture medium had been shown to have a remarkable impact on the action of arginine. The changes in intracellular free amino acid pool induced by arginine seemed impossible to be contributed to the mechanism of its inhibitory effect on the protein synthesis of Ehrlich ascites tumor cells.Therefore, further study is needed to explore it fully.
