摘要
采用自身随机交替对照方法，观察了恩丹西酮的止吐作用，４４例患者入组，顺铂剂量为５０ｍｇ／次，连用３天。患者在第一周期随机接受恩丹西酮或胃复安止吐方案，在第二周期时交替止吐方案。结果显示，恩丹西酮控制急性恶心呕吐优于胃复安方案，９５％的患者有效，而对照组仅５０％有效，恩丹西酮组没有观察到锥体外系症状，而对照组中有３例出现锥体外系症状。
The Antiemetic effects of ondansetron were observed in 44 patientsreceiving DDp-containing combination chemotherapy, using metoclopramide as self controlin the previous or next course of chemotherapy in the same patient The results showedthat ondansetron was superior to metoclopramide in controlling acute nausea/Vomiting (N/V)with the effective rate of 95%vs 50%, respectively. No extrapyramidal symptoms wereobserved in ondansetron group,while 3 patients displayed extrapyramidal symptoms in themetoclopramide group.
