摘要
本文报道一例晚期睾丸癌（恶性畸胎癌，Ⅳ期）患者，采用大剂量联合化疗（ＣＴＸ７，２００ｍｇ，ＶＰ１６６８０ｍｇ，卡铂１，０２０ｍｇ）与自体骨髓移植（ＡＢＭＴ）治疗取得完全缓解文章讨论ＡＢＭＴ治疗疗恶性肿瘤的机理及对睾丸癌的疗效。
The result of treatment with a high-dose combination chemotherapy regimen (cyclophosphamide 7,200mg, VP16 680mg and carboplatin 1,020mg)and autologous bone marrow transplantation (ABMT) in a case of advance testicular cancer (malignant teratoma, stage IV ) was reported. The result of treatment was complete remission. Mec-hanism of treatment with ABMT in cancer and result of treatment in testicular cancer were disussed.
