摘要
作者对二甲肼诱发的大鼠大肠癌自发性淋巴结转移模型首次用冷冻割断技术进行研究,探讨大肠癌淋巴结转移过程及其与血道转移的关系。结果表明:冷冻割断电镜技术较易观察癌细胞与血管的关系,大肠癌向淋巴结转移时,首先出现于被膜下窦,并在淋巴窦形成癌栓向周围组织浸润,而且淋巴结转移灶内存在瘤细胞淋巴与血道转移的双重途径,其中毛细血管后微静脉可能起着重要作用。
Experimental lymph node metastasis of large bowel carcinoma induced with DMH in rats were studied by freez-crack scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that tumor ceDs firstly appeared in subcapsular sinus, formed cancer embolus which bbcked the lymphatic sinus and invased into tissue, and then deve loped metastatic tumor. Two metastatic mechanisms by lymphogenic or hematogenic routes were found. The significance of epitheloid venule had been discussed. It is suggested that freeze-crack technique are suitable to investigate the metastatic mechanisms of cancer cells by lymph and blood vessels.
