针刺对实验性关节炎大鼠组织胺和5-羟色胺含量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 关于中枢5-羟色胺(5-HT)在针刺镇痛中的作用研究已有许多报导,血组织胺在针刺麻醉中的作用也见报导;但对于大鼠实验性关节炎时,针刺作用对其影响如何,研究甚少,我们以Freund氏完全佐剂免疫大鼠,形成变态反应性关节炎,观察针刺对血组织胺和脑内5-羟色胺含量影响。 Histamine in blood and 5-bydroxytryptamine (5-HT) in hydothalomus Compared with contral group were significant increase (P<0.05), during experimental orthritis in rat by injection Freund's adjuvent. After elcetroacupuncture bileteral 'Circular Jump' (G. B. 30) points 20 minutes, These neurotransmitter were all decrease, However, The former P<0.06. Befor and after acupencture, The orthritis rat has been treated with reserpine, It's listamine level was normal and 5-HT level was slightly high than contral. But the 6-HT level could decrease by electroacupuncture. These results showed that-the levels of histamine in blood and 5-HT in bypthalamus were regulated by electroacuperncture on the irritable arthritis rats.
