针对目前针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎的研究现状 ,对今后的研究提出如下建议 :①必须加强临床研究设计的科学性 ;②动物模型的选择不必局限于佐剂性关节炎 ;③应注重对关节滑膜影响的研究 ;④应注重对关节内细胞因子调节作用的研究 ;⑤从免疫 -神经
Based on present situation of study on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA),the authors offer the following proposals for study ahead: (1)Must strengthen scientific design of clinical study; (2)Selection of animal model should not limit to adjuvant arthritis; (3)Should pay attention to study on articular synovium; (4)Should pay attention to study on regulating action of cytokines in joints; (5)Explore mechanisms of acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of RA from the view of comprehensive regulation of immuno nerve endocrine network.
