摘要
调查了宣威县以往普查发现的肺癌自然生存情况。生存1年54例(43.2％),2年34例(27.2％),3年20例(16.0％),4年11例(8.8％),5年4例(3.2％),鳞、腺癌各1例生存7和8年。鳞癌平均生存期732日,腺癌820日,未分化癌622日,混合癌1192日。护理周到与否明显地影响预后。性别与生存无显著差异。
THe natural 1,2,3,4,5 -year survival rate of lung cancer in Xuan-Weicounty were 44.8%, 27.2%, 16.0%, 8,8% and 3.2%, respectively. There were 1 case of squ-amous cell carcinoma and another caes of adenocarcinoma which survived for 7 and 8 years, respectively. The mean survival time for squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, anaplastic cell carcinoma and mixed carcinoma were 732,820,622 and 1192 days, respectively.The mean survival time in stage 1,11,111 were 715-1293, 617-1263 and 336-680 days. The survivals of the cases with grade A, B, C medical care were 880, 789 and 601 days, respectively. There was no significant difference between males and females. The facrors affecting survival must be considered in treatment planning and in the evaluation of therapeutic results of lung cancer patients.
