胸内肿瘤所致异位ACTH综合征的诊断和外科治疗 被引量：6

摘要 异位ＡＣＴＨ综合征临床罕见，诊断困难。我们手术治疗８例胸内肿瘤所致异位ＡＣＴＨ综合征；其中支气管类癌４例，胸腺类癌３例，胸腺瘤１例。除１例胸腺瘤行开胸探查术外余，７例均作切除。手术经过顺利，无术后死亡。随诊１３个月至４年，病人全部存活，症状和生化指标明显改善。现对诊断、检查定位、治疗方法和术后处理等进行讨论。
