摘要
自1981年7月至1991年12月,我科对83例中晚期卵巢癌患者术后给予腹腔化疗为主,配合全身化疗的方案,随诊75例(90.36％),结果显示:残存肿瘤直径≤2cm的患者55例(73.4％)完全缓鲜,生存期为6～108个月;残存肿瘤>2cm者20例(26.6％)部分缓解,生存期为6～41个月。
Eighty-three patients with ovarian cancer of median or late stage were treated by operation followed by intraperitoneal and systemic chemotherapy from July, 1981 to December 1991. Seventy-five cases(90. 36%)were followed up. In 55 patients with residual tumor≤2cm in diameter complete remission(73. 4%)was achieved witli survival of 6-108 months. Twenty patients with residual tumor > 2cm across achieved partial remission (26. 6%) with survival of 6-41 months. It is concluded that this treatment modality is effective,simple and safe.
