摘要
报道了由猪肝制备谷氨酸脱氢酶的改良工艺,该工艺具有流程短、操作简单、收率高、成本低的特点。并对其热稳定性及酸碱稳定性进行了研究。
An improved method preparing glutamate dehydrogenase (GDH) from porcine liver is reported. Shorter technological process and higher yield are the features of the method. The stability of GDH to heat and pH were studied.
