Effects of GFA on Action Potentials of Ventricular Papillary Muscles of Guinea Pigs and Arrhythmogenic Action of Beiwutine

摘要 用细胞内微电极和微机实时分析技术发现:关附甲素(Guan-fu base A,GFA)能使豚鼠心室乳头肌动作电位的Vmax和APA降低,RP无明显影响。动作电位时程缩短,以上作用具有浓度依赖性:ERP相对延长;对北草乌头碱引起的自发节律有明显抑制作用。 The effects of Guan-fu base A(GFA) on ventricular papillary muscles of guinea pigs were studied using glass-microelectrode technique and microcomputer on-line analysis. GFA could reduce the action potential amplititude, maximum rate of depolarization and action potential duration in a concentration-dependent manner, but had less effect on the resting potential. The effective refractory period was relatively prolonged. GFA could also inhibit the arrhythmogenic action of Beiwutine.
