摘要
在新的历史条件下,执政党建设要不断增强党的阶级基础和扩大党的群众基础,不断提高党的社会影响力。党的阶级基础增强和群众基础扩大后,要深入地研究在新的形势下如何加强党的思想建设的问题,实现工人阶级政党利益和人民根本利益的辩证统一,把新世纪政党建设提高到一个新的水平。
In the new historical period the development of our ruling party must stre ngthen the class basis and expand the mass basis in order to increase the social influence. For such purposes how to enhance the ideological construction of party in new situation sho uld be researched.
