摘要
用现代显微结构研究手段研究了紫砂陶的化学成份和显微结构,实验表明紫砂陶的矿物组成属含铁的粘土-石英-云母系,铁质主要以赤铁矿形式存在。主要物相石英、莫来石和云母残骸尺寸细小均匀。紫砂陶对烧成温度比较敏感,和紫中比较,紫高试样中石英熔融还宽,二次莫来石比较发育。紫高试样中的气孔率和吸水率也都明显的高于紫中。紫砂陶显微结构的主要特征是团粒结构及由此而产生的双重气孔结构,即团粒内的小气孔和团粒间的断续链状气孔,这种气孔结构特征是紫砂陶具有良好透气性的根本原因。
Chemical composition and microstructure of Yixing Zisha ware have been studied with trans-
mition electron microscope, scanning electron microscope and optical microscope. The experimental
results show that the mineral component of Zisha is of the iron-rich cley-quartz-mica system. Iron
in it presents in the form of hematite. Quartz,mulite and mica relics are small and even. There are
solutionrims around quartz particles and fairly developed secondary mullite in the sample fired at
1100℃,comparing with those in the sample fired at 1080℃.
The main feature of microstructure of Yixing Zisha ware is its aggregate structure. So there
are two types of pores existing in the Zisha body,i. e. micropores produced within aggregates and
intermittant chain-like pores at the boundary of aggregates. This characteristic pore structure has a
beneficial effect on the air permeability of Zisha articles.
