猪瘟兔化弱毒犊牛睾丸细胞苗保护剂的研究

摘要 自1988年我厂对冻干疫苗保护剂和冻干产品生产工艺进行了研究。以猪瘟兔化弱毒犊牛睾丸细胞苗为主进行了保护剂的筛选试验,找出一种保护剂配制方法、冻干曲线和时间及营养血清的配制等新工艺。用这种方法生产的猪瘟细胞的毒冻干苗在37℃环境中可保存10天,在22~25℃条件下可保存35天,0~4℃条件下可保护22个月,达到了国外同类苗的水平。 Since 1988, We studied freeze-dried vaccine and technology of lyophilized product, especially for the screening test of protective agent of calf testis cell attenuated lapinized vaccine of swine fever. A disposition method of protective agent, freeze drying curve time and nutrition serum new technique have found. The cell attenuated freeze-dried vaccine of swine fever produced with the method be able to keep 10 days at 37℃, 35 days at 22-25℃, and 22 months at the 0-4℃, It reached same level of home and abroad.
