食物对真水狼蛛发育和繁殖的影响 被引量:2

EFFECT OF FOODS ON THE DEVELOPMENT AND REPRODUCTION OF PIRATA PIRATICUS (CLERCK) (ARANEAE:LYCOSIDAE)

摘要 研究 4种食物对真水狼蛛发育和繁殖的影响。结果表明 :单喂果蝇时 ,幼蛛世代存活率最低 ;喂混合食物时幼蛛历期最短 ;单喂果蝇时 ,历期最长。幼蛛腹部体色与所喂食物颜色相近。喂混合食物的幼蛛 ,其背甲宽度和体重均大于其他 3种食物。雌蛛所产卵袋数和产卵总量均以喂混合食物时为最高。多种食物混合喂养 。 The postembryonic development and reproduction of Pirata piraticus were investigated With 4 kind; of foods in laboratory. The foods are Drosophia sp., Tendipes sp., Nilaparvata lugens, and mixed foods including Drosophia sp. and Tendipes sp.. Food affect the postembryonic development, survival and reproduction of the spider. The survival rate of spiderlings was the highest and duration was the shortest when feeding on mixed foods; the longest duration occurs in the spiderling feeding on Drosophila sp.. The colors of spiderlings were similar to that of foods. The carapace width, weight of spiderlings and egg sacs, total number of egg laid by female spiders were all the highest when rearing on mixed foods. From the experiment, we can conclude that it is benefit for the development and reproduction of spiders to rear on mixed foods including many kinds of foods.
