摘要
本实验用黄牛5头,分别肌注青蒿琥酯肌肉注射液,单剂量30mg/kg、TLC法检测血浆青蒿琥酯浓度,统计矩分析,主要药代动力学参数为:AUC=817.77,mg·min/L,MRT=186.87min,MAT=169.66min,Cmax=4.53μg/ml,Tmax=141.40min。其与静注青蒿琥酯比较,平均贮留时间延长10倍,生物利用度为1。
Five cattle were injected with AS intramuscular injection agsnt at dose of 20mg/kg. Concentration of AS in plasma was detected by TLC. By statistical analysis, the main pharmacokinetics parameter is as following: AUC = 818.77mg.min/L, MRT = 186.87min, MAT = 169.66min, Cmax = 4.53ug/ml, Tmax = 141.40min. In comparison with AS intravenous injection, average storage time has prolonged ten times. Utilization ratio of biology is one.
