摘要
对4例人工感染出血症病兔的骨髓巨核细胞及血小板进行了扫描电镜的观察。发现骨髓巨核细胞有退行性变化,血小板增厚,有突起,并出现镰刀形、弯曲形及呈两极性的异形血小板。本研究进一步阐明兔出血症的出血机理是由于骨髓巨核细胞受损伤,导致血小板生成障碍,致使血小板数目减少,从而引起全身各器官组织的出血。
The bone marrow megalocaryocytes and platelets in four rabbits artificialy infected-hemorrhagic disease were observed by scanning electron microscopy. It was found that the retrogressive changes of the bone marrow megalocaryocytes were presents the platelets became pachynsis on which there were processes, and the sickle, curved and bipolar heteromorphous platelets appeared, This study further revealed that the occurrence of rabbit hemorrhagic disease was due to the lesions of bone marrowmegalocaryocytes, which led on to dyspoiesis of platelets, reduced the number of platelets, and hemorrhages of the all tissues.
