摘要
本文用扫描电镜对革胡子鲶消化道粘膜表面进行了研究。食道粘膜上皮细胞表面有微脊；胃粘膜上皮细胞界限十分清楚，表面光滑；肠柱状上皮细胞表面有微绒毛；食道、肠上皮中有大量环状细胞，其中肠上皮中的杯状细胞随前、中、后肠逐渐增多。
The gut mucosa of the Clarias Lazera was studied with scanning electron microscope.There are many microridges on the surface of mucosal cells of the esophagus.The mucosal epithelium with smooth surface in the stomach was arranged closely.The mucosal surface of the intestine existed many microvilli,and numerous goblet cells were located in the mucosal epithelium of the esophagus and intestine.The goblet cells in the intestine increased with the order of the fore, mid and hind intestine.
