摘要
目的:研究吸入肝素对豚鼠支气管的影响,探讨肝素对支气管的作用。方法:①选取健康豚鼠30只,分成3组,分别给予肝素、沙丁胺醇、等体积生理盐水超声波雾化,每次20 min,共7 d。第7天给药后,立即均匀喷入磷酸组织胺,记录动物的致喘潜伏期;②另取豚鼠气管及整个肺脏,用37℃恒温乐氏液,在恒压下灌流,分别注入生理盐水、肝素、异丙肾上腺素、磷酸组织胺到灌流装置,灌流10 min,测定流量(共测6只标本)。结果:①肝素组和沙丁胺醇组动物的哮喘潜伏时间分别为(126.6±43.51)s和(165.8±29.97)s,明显长于对照组(63.7±6.53)s(P<0.05);②异丙肾上腺素和组织胺可明显增加或减少豚鼠肺支气管灌流量,而肝素对肺支气管灌流量无影响。结论:吸入肝素能延长组织胺引起的豚鼠哮喘的潜伏期,作用与沙丁胺醇类似,提示吸入肝素有平喘、扩张支气管的作用。
To study the effect of inhaled heparin on bronchus in guinea pigsMethods:①Thirty healthy guinea pigs were divided to 3 groups The animals of the three groups inhaled heparin,salbutamol,and natural so lution on ultrasonic device,respectivelyEach time of study was 20 minu tes,for seven daysThe animals of the three groups inhaled histamine phosphate in day 7The asthmatic latent period of these animals were recorded②Bronchus and lungs of the guinea pigs were perfused by natural solution,heparin,isoprote renol and histamine phosphate,respectively,for ten minutes in constant pressure Then the rate of flow of bronchus and lungs was determined (total six samples) Results:①The asthmatic latent period of the animals of the heparin group and salbutamol group were 126.6±43.51 second and 165.8±29.97 second,wh ich were longer than that in the natural solution group(P<0.05)②The r ate of flow of bronchus and lungs in guinea pigs was increased by isoproterenol and wa s decreased by histamine,which did not effected on heparin Conclusion:Inhale heparin can prolong asthmatic latent period of guinea pigs induced by histamine,its effects that dilate to bronchus is sim ilar with salbutamolBut heparin has no direct effect on bronchus smooth muscle The results show that heparin may be an effective bronchodilator,and may be us eful for treatment of asthma
