摘要
本文报道了木屑堆积发酵料的制备工艺,堆料的物理化学变化和微生物群体特点,并对发酵料进行了香菇开放式栽培。木屑发酵料在中温和高温条件下都以细菌数量最多,放线菌次之,真菌最少。在中温条件下分离出的细茵以无芽抱杆菌、芽孢杆菌为主,放线菌以链霉菌为主,真茵主要是青霉属、毛霉属、木霉属。在高温条件下(50~60℃)细菌总数变化不大,主要是嗜热芽孢杆菌,放线菌仍属链霉菌属,数量由10~5增至10~8,真菌数量骤减,只有少数微紫青霉和烟曲霉,常污染食用菌培养料的霉菌多数被高温杀死。文中还提出水分、温度、酸碱度等的变化指标。
The paper reported the making technology of the fermented material of saw bust and it's changing characteristics of physics,chemistry,microbibl community,and the non-steritized cultivating of shiitake mushroom with it. Under the medium and high temperature in fermenting,The maximum of bacterium per gram of dry saw bust was 10~6~10~9,followed by actinomycetes10~5~10~9/g drier.The mini- mum was fungus.Under the medium temperature,the major of bacterium was Bacterium and Bacillus,and the major of actinomycetes was streptomyces,and the major of fungus was penicillum.Mueor.Trichoderma.under the high temperature of 50~60℃,the total number of bacterium made a little change,the major of it was bacillus thermophile, and the number of actinomycetes increased from 10~5 to 10~8/g drier,the major of it was still strepotomyces,and the number of fungus reduced in a largescale,there was only Adspergillus fumigatus and Penicillum janthinellum left,the major of the harmfulfungi found in substrates were killed. With turning over the stack,the curve of temperature was in the shape of a saddle in the process of fermenting,the paper also presented the changing standard of water content, temperature,pH and so on.
