摘要
自由基损伤是皮肤老化的重要原因之一。本实验测定了不同年龄组正常人皮肤组织中脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)和抗自由基的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量。以了解皮肤自然老化过程中自由基损伤和保护系统间的作用。结果发现老年组皮肤组织中MDA含量明显高于中青年组;老年组皮肤SOD含量明显低于中青年组。提示皮肤老化的发生可能是由于SOD含量的减少而不能有效地清除自由基,使体内有害物质积累所致。同时我们还测定了5例老年人脂溢性角化皮损处MDA和SOD含量,发现与同年龄对照组差异无显著性意义,提示脂溢性角化是全身皮肤老化的表现。
Free radicals damage is known to play an important role in skin aging. In order to study the effect of free radicals damage and protect system in chronologic aging of human skin ,we estimated the cutaneous levels of MDA and SOD of health people in various groups. The results showed that the cutaneous level of MDA was higher in aged group (than that the in aged group) than that in young and middle aged group,the cutaneous lcvel of SOD was lower in aged group than that in young and middle aged group. The levels of MDA and SOD in the lesions of seborrheic keratosis did not show significant difference from normal skin of comparable aged group. It suggested that imbalance between free radical damage and the protective system may cause the skin aging.
