本文对猪卵母细胞的体外成熟培养、精子的体外获能和体外受精及其培养浅述了猪卵母细胞的体外成熟与体外受精,揭示了猪受精的本质和机理。
This paper introdued the research work about cultured sow's oocytes maturity and its fertilized procedure in vitro, and described the mechanism of sow's insemination.
