摘要
本文研究了群体反应性抗体(PRA)对肾移植的影响,发现PRA 是免疫应答抗体,高PRA 与严重排斥反应强关联,亦是丧失移植肾的重要指征,并讨论了PRA 和CDC 作为HLA 组织配型对肾移植中提高人/肾双存活率的应用意义,证实PRA 比CDC 敏感性高。
Observations on the effects of panel reactive antibody on renal transplantion-with 180 cases
reports.This paper deals with the observations on the effects of panel reactive antibody (PRA)
on renal transplantation.The rdsults showed that PRA is an immune response antibody.High
PRA correlated with increased severity of rejection and was one of the high-risk factors in renal
transplantation.PRA was a more susceptible method than complentment dependent cytotoxity
(CDC)using in HLA tissue matching for increasing the survival rates of recipient/kidney in re-
nal transplantation.The application of PRA and CDC in renal transplantation was discussed.
