摘要
在52例有肝门血管异位的胆道手术中,对异位血管作了解剖学观测,发现11例因异位血管压迫而致胆管狭窄,并采用血管胆管交叉换位方法对其中8例胆管狭窄者施行了手术。讨论了血管异位与胆管狭窄的关系。
Among 52 patients with anomalous portal vessels,stenosis of bile duct was found in 11 cas-es.It was caused by the oppression of the anomalous vessels.8 cases of the stenosis were surgi-cally treated by exchanging the position of the vessels and the bile duct,all with good results.
